Welcome to T-SAP — the Traffic Signal Access Portal. By accessing or using our application at trafficsignalsim.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using T-SAP you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the Application

T-SAP is provided for educational and simulation purposes only. You agree to use T-SAP solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use T-SAP in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its related systems.
• Use the application to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the application.

3. Google Authentication

T-SAP uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. By signing in with Google, you authorize T-SAP to access your basic profile information including your name, email address, and profile picture as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not store your Google password.

4. Intellectual Property

The T-SAP application, including its Brooklyn Traffic Intersection Simulator, music, design, and all content, is the property of DeShaun Riddick. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

T-SAP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeShaun Riddick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use T-SAP.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to T-SAP at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of T-SAP after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
